OUR STORYSIX TINY DOTS,ingeniously arranged by a 15-year-old boy some 200 years ago, have brought literacy to thousands of people with visual disabilities worldwide. Reading and writing is the key to literacy – and literacy is vital to a successful education, employment, productivity, independence, and quality of life in today’s world.
Six-Dot Solutions, Inc. is a braille transcription company, providing access to print through braille. Braille is comprised of six dots, or a combination thereof, called a cell. The various combinations of cells represent letters of the alphabet, punctuation, numbers, and entire words. It is our belief that braille literacy is the key to equality and participating effectively at home and in society. |
